This article is simply advising how to install a license onto your Citrix License Server. If you are looking how to install the License server then see the article below.
1.) First of all locate where the license server and management console are installed.
2.) Open up the license management console which you should find under start/programs/management consoles/license management consoles
3.) Click on Configure License Server

4.) You then have a choice of either download the license file from MyCitrix.com or Copy license file to this server. MyCitrix.com as you have probably guessed is a website. You need to create an account and allocate licenses. Licenses will show when ordered from Citrix or your reseller.
5.) You then activate or allocate a license to a server. I cannot stress enough how important it is to spell your servernames correctly and in the correct casing. If you get this wrong the licenses will not work.
6.) Once you have successfully downloaded the file to your server or PC go back into the license management console and this time select option 2 “Copy license file to this server”. Brose to the file as below, click OK and it advises the license file has been added to the server.
